I saw a website that advertised the epi-no birth training method. It said that the epi-no method is an African method used to gently stretch the vaginal muscles before childbirth. It helps the baby be born faster and reduces stretching and tearing of the vagina area. Modern day people sometimes take a towel, roll it about 2 inches thick, place it into the vagina and allow it to stay for a period of time each day starting approximately 7-8 months into the pregnancy. They increase the size of the towel diameter up until about 8 inches or the size of an actual baby's head. When it is time to give birth, the baby slides out.

Actually it depended on who their masters were, some treated their slaves well, others did not. Indentured servants were treated equally badly by many and could be killed for running away. Every race throghout the world have been enslaved and were also slave owners. Indians and spaniards also owned slaves in America. Thomas Sowell tells people all about it. There were even black slave owners.
The very first slave owner was Anthony Johnson a Black man.
