My grandpa passed away recently and left my dad lots and lots of books on bread making as well as the grain mill. I'm very excited to make his favorite whole wheat waffles with grain we've milled ourself (and honey from my family's bees :D) tomorrow. Thank you for the lovely video
So interesting to see the genuine farm life. And you are teaching a lot of great stuff. I’m amazed you don’t yet have hundreds of thousands of views. I’m sure that’s coming if you keep creating like you do.
This was so cute I've never measured anything when I cook. I sometimes measure when baking but not often it always turns out great if not the chickens love it.
Saw your comment and sub over on my channel so I've come over to be your friend too. I love home made bread and making your own flour is awesome. Look forward to seeing more videos. Take care and have a blessed day.
That was very cool. I had no idea you could mill flour at home. I can not say how long it has been since I saw something I have never seen before because idk how long it has been, but it has been a while. I can't say that anymore, now. Well done. I wonder if the people who think using a machine to make bread are beating their dirty clothes on a rock beside a stream? People can be funny. lol.... Thanks for the chat... TTYL...
I have received Nutrimill just 3 hrs before and now I m gonna try this flour at home. I m trying oats flour since my husband is diabetic and wheat flour seems to be another a friendly grain for him anymore? Will give u feedback 🙏
For a starter bread maker, what do you recommend? There are many types of grains and my husband and I are ready to get a mill and make our own bread but don’t know what grains/ingredients to buy to start off with
I so enjoyed this video. I wish you all would do a whole series on the fresh grains and bread baking. You have a new subscriber in Me.

Nice video but I sure was hoping to see you cut the bread so I could see the inside of it.

Which type of wheat is best to purchase for bread making?
