I genuinely love your videos no matter the topic! This was not something I would ever have thought to try myself, but I have to say I am intrigued...maybe I'll attempt this here in the future. Great video!

Thank you! I'm working creating videos more often. I have spend the last almost three years focusing on finding balance between motherhood, being a wife, running a business, and being present in every moment. I do love making videos and sharing my journey. I also just posted a new video! 😊

Wheat berries have 40 essential nutrients there are only 4 missing from home ground flour. Vit A, Vit C, Vit D and one other that escapes me at the moment. I swear, the home milled grains are what has saved my digestive system, and has started me on the road to recovery from a number of issues. I have the Nutrimill Harvest and the Nutrimill Classic, and we have a manual Wondermill Junior (red) that you can also use a power drill to operate if you get the adaptor.

Wow! I had no idea fresh ground flour had so many benefits. Thank you. I'm kind of disgusted with store bought flour now.

Is there any berries for gluten free? I know there is gluten free flours to buy at the store.

Not exactly Wheat berries, but you can mill buckwheat, beans and lentils to get gluten free flour. Unless you are a true celiac, most people who have issues with gluten can tolerate ancient grains like einkorn because they have a lower gluten content and are more easily digestible. Spelt is also great. The problem people actually have nowadays is they react to eating processed flour from the store, so they go gluten free. Freshly ground grains are a totally different ballgame! Do your research, so so many people do really well when they switch to milling their own grains and eating the whole grain unsifted nutritious flour. It has so many vitamins and minerals and health benefits that you just can’t get from the store. Even gluten free flour at the store has no nutritional value. It was ground months ago, sitting on the shelf for months. Think about it. Look into milling and people’s testimonies.
