It has been over a decade since I began milling grains at home and making fresh bread for my family and friends. I can honestly say it is still one of my favorite things to do in the kitchen and I look forward to my “baking days” where I mill lots of wheat berries and turn them into 12+ loaves of delicious and nutritious breads, muffins, rolls, bagels and sweet treats like cinnamon rolls. Come along and I will teach you how you can do the same!
“OF THE 44 KNOWN ESSENTIAL NUTRIENTS NEEDED BY OUR BODIES AND NATURALLY OBTAINED FROM FOODS, ONLY 4 ARE MISSING FROM WHEAT; VITAMIN A, B12, AND C, AND THE MINERAL IODINE.” SUE BECKER

Immediate subscriber here thank you so much for this video by explaining how this operates and not just "showing" and playing music in the background. Visual learner I could not figure out for the life of me what that ring was for.
Glad it was helpful! Many more videos to come 💛💛 stay tuned
thank you that helped
You’re welcome! Happy it helped
Very nice presentation. Making us comfortable to use it for the first time. You making it clear for finer flour is very useful. Thanks.
You’re welcome! 💛
Thank you! I just got mine a few days ago and my Starter is bubbling and ready to go! I’ve never had freshly ground flour in my bread before so I’m looking forward to trying this. Your demonstration was very helpful.
You’re welcome! Happy to help!
Thank you! I literally set mine up as I watched you and the part about the flour on the rim was so helpful. Thanks for mentioning the part about not washing - I didn’t see it until the end, but next time I’ll know.
You’re so welcome! Glad it was helpful!
I just got my mill today and was wondering about adding the ring on top. So, you just smack it in there. Haha. Good to know. Thanks for all the tips, they are just what I need.
You’re welcome! 💛
Do you keep all the times the black filter sponge while you’re milling
Well explain thank you
Yes I keep that sponge on the entire time
Have you done a video on milling dried beans? I use my Classic for wheat berries and haven't had the courage to mill beans yet.
I haven’t done a video - but I’ll add it to my list!
I'm trying to decide between this and the Wondermill. Do you have a preference between the two? I saw in some of your older videos that you had a Wondermill, I'm curious if you have noticed any differences.
Great questions! I liked my wondermill just fine but definitely prefere classic mill. I got rid of my wondermill
The video about how to use the NutriMill starts after 1:20 (27 April 2024)
Thanks
I used my mill for the first time and it smells, is that normal for the first grinding?
Yep normal
Thank you! I ended up grinding more yesterday and noticed it went away. Praise! @@GenerationAcresFarm
Great video I’ve had my grinder a few weeks and I’ve been afraid to use it , so I’d like to thank you for explaining everything so well .
😁 Promo SM
??
Seems like a waste of grains throwing it out
The first grains going through clean the machine of debris left from manufacturing. Nothing we'd like to eat, but would be fine for chickens. You could dump into a compost pile or around plants.
feed it to your chickens or dog if you’re worried about it
Exactly 💛
Could you use cheap rice instead of wheat berries? Not that rice is cheap anymore….🙄
