Finally a mulcher that is reasonably cost effective to get started with
We rented one of the Fecons mounted on a Bobcat 740 and we cleared a path thru 17 miles long and 10 feet wide. They’re new ATV and snowmobile trails on 1330 acres. When we were finished we had one broken tooth because I hit a rock that was buried. That’s it. Not only was it clear, but a nice bed of mulch was left behind. Perfect. The Bobcat did okay but it wasn’t a high flow machine and would bog down once in a while in really heavy brush. But that was rare. Last year we tried a Bushhog on a tractor PTO 3 pt hitch. We gave up on half a mile. This is the only forestry mulching head I will ever own
have you tried brush cutters for standard flow skid steers? they seem as effective as the standard flow mulching heads.

Will this fit the RT50?
I bought one a month ago and have had trouble since. I have a tl 10 Takeuchi and it won’t run it. When I pick up the boom it cuts flow to the cutter head. Nobody can figure out why.
do this work with 953 skid steers? how do we attach hydraulics?
