- Welcome back, welcome back! We start off the week celebrating Mark's birthday. On Saturday we had both the girls with us so made a picnic and headed off to the beach. It started raining but that didn't put us off! On our return, we decided to have a BBQ. It was so lovely the four of us being together and something which rarely happens now. On Sunday, we went to the driving range for Mark and Poppy to play golf. We popped into the garden centre to see Holly and have a cuppa, then in the afternoon, we all went out for dinner. It was a lovely weekend. On Monday, I went out with my Mum and Dad as Poppy wasn't feeling well so she stayed at home. Tuesday was a rest day and I had my nails done. I felt very flarey so didn't do much. Wednesday, I went to see friends and when I got back filled the bird seed where I had a massive jump scare! So funny! Enjoy and see you all next time.

That 32⁰ day i was so unwell and i was cold... i had fluffy socks and a blanket for my body but the fan on my head 😂 Fibro does funny things to our bodies doesnt it! 🤯

I agree Claire it’s awful 😢 currently on sofa feet pumping back in agony. It’s the weather too for us it’s too Up & down not consistent enough. Get well soon darl x ❤

@@clairewatson5845 it is its constant struggle if feeling managing it quickly changes no control over it whatsoever. Think that’s the difficult part. Just had a short nap & still tired. Popped out yesterday was literally an hour & had to come home & today it’s hit me like a bus. Definitely the irregular weather is a factor. Thank you hon you too 🙏🏼🤍 xx

Regarding steroid injections, just be mindful (not putting you off! Just want you to be informed!) that you can only have so many steroid injections before needing hip replacements, which would be your next step after steroid injections. You may be different but my mum found them rather painful, I haven’t had them, but I had 2 in my shoulders and that wasn’t bothersome, but it got worse before it gets better. We all act differently! The GP who did my injections expected me to be lifting my frozen shoulders up immediately.. errrr!!! No! It took nearly 2 months for me to be pain free and have the full use of my shoulders again, it was absolutely worth it, but be mindful it may take a little while to kick in (it may not, but unsure if that was a Fibro thing for it to take longer to settle! Don’t be discouraged if it does!)
I had a cricket in my house the other night, I’m now on my own so I had to get it out with a lid from my facial wash.. I kept saying ‘don’t hurt Jiminy cricket…’ on repeat 😂
Sorry I’ve been absent. I lost my Dad very suddenly and unexpectedly on 19th June, I’ve basically been on my own trying to clear his property and I’m disabled and don’t drive. Feeling very numb at the moment, especially as I only lost my mum just over 2 years ago.
Well done on recognising you need to give up alcohol - rooting for you.

Been a big flareup for last two weeks plus my backs gone so been watch old videos on your channel and I wondered about a couple of places you’ve booked to stay first of all the place in Bath that you went to, who did you book through ? and then the beautiful farm cottage that you went to for Holly’s birthday where was that I would love to book that for family holiday x
@@nadiab386 hope your flare eases soon and your back improves! 🤞 I booked the Bath holiday through air bnb. I love air bnb because you can get a place just to suit you. The cottage for Holly's 21st was called Gladwins Farm, near Colchester. It is a truely amazing place! Can highly recommend. 😊
