How would you react if you believed everything in your life was not going your way? Would you face the adversity or would you want to give up? Everyday we’re presented with challenges that can make or break us. It is on me to explore different solutions and take care of my mental health. Life can be tremendously hard, to the point where I want to blame everyone else and find excuses for my current situations. I must take responsibility for my actions, blunders, and misfortunes. No one is coming to save me. If I’m stuck in the trenches, I must take the necessary steps it requires to pull myself out of the hell I created. Regardless of what we’re going through, I promise you there is hope. We can live to see a better day, so please hold on.

The past 6 years I was supposed to die at least 5 times, one by my boyfriend pulling a gun cocked and loaded to my temple, one attempted suicide, 3 other times medical reasons and I am only 33 years old. People we got a purpose wether you can see it or not we do!! Family and friends need you to be there. We are not replaceable so please reach out for help!! I know the pain gets to be too much and unbearable but it's not the answer I promise you that!!! ❤😊. God loves you 😊
This has hit on a personal level one cuz I can relate to on a lot that is being mentioned and struggle daily with,then my brother in law committed suicide in February of 2021 and just recently a few of my friends. Another hit that is my favorite and I already have it on my playlist. Thanks for another great song to make everyone think.

I am on day 8, well almost 9 days, I know it’s only 9 days but I do feel a lot better right now. Do I want a drink, yup sure do. My motto is 1 leads to 4, 4 leads to 8 and that’s not great, lol I keep saying it everyday n seems to help me. I am biking 🚴♂️ 15-20 miles on my days off like I’ve done for past 8 years now just need to get off the alcohol n focus on me n my beautiful goddaughter! She is most important to me, won’t be around if I keep drinking everyday! Thanks a lot man your a huge motivation n great influence! Much ❤️….
We get clean then feel everything, and everything is good and also really bad..but in my experience nothing is so bad that picking up doesn't make worse. I'm glad I don't have to go it alone , but yet I do sometimes. Just get through this day and see what happens
