I’ve visited his instagram page where he apologises but quite frankly it’s not enough, this fool needs to be prosecuted to the full extent of the Law.
His "apology" is essentially him admitting he lacks impulse control, is quick to threaten violence, and is incapable of consequential thought. The fact he went so far as to imply he would kill someone because they were "stalking his Instagram page" (!) strongly suggests he's a very unhinged individual who doesn't think the normal rules of living in society apply to him.
