This was the first ever episode I ever watched, that whole rain thing happened and I turned it off. It drove me nuts! Started watching something else. CZcams recommended I don't know which one. And I gave you guys another try, loving it! Seriously loving it!

If you dont know and you just watch one episode and see a guy going off over some minutiae detail or circumstance, it can be a turn off. I experienced what you did but YT suggested it and remembering why Reddit likes em, I gave em another try and now he's one of my go to channels MWF.

I am from Illinois and now in Colorado. Both can be snowy and cold. After a snow storm, there is always a path dug out to the grill. Snow doesn't stop we who love to cook

Only thing I would modify personally is top the beef with Swiss cheese, then lightly toast the cheese under a broiler. But man that entire recipe is outstanding. Love this channel (PS your mission is working)

Why do I always watch these when I’m hungry
I'm new to cooking, but went for this dish as it looked so delicious!!!! I don't have a grill, so I bought a new cast iron skillet, and some new sauteed pans so make the au jus and caramelized onions. Biggests mistake is that I left the onions alone to long at the end and lost 2/3rds of them. The remaining 1/3 was good, but can easily be improved on. The ribeye came out perfect!!!! So much food, so I brought it over to my neighbors and we enjoyed it. They were blown away. They want the recipe for the au jus! Great channel! Glad I finally found it!

Love when you cook outside. My husband and I lived in Anchorage Alaska for twelve years... we grilled outside no matter what time of year it was. Pulled the grill up the sliding glass and grill with snow coming down all around. No big deal. So cook outside all you want. We’re with ya. 🤗
