Very sad cartoon..The Star of Andra and Tati tells the true story of the Bucci sisters, Andra and Tatiana, who were deported to Auschwitz-Birkenau at the age of 4 and 6 years old during World War II. Separated from many members of their family, they are sent to a “Kinderblok” with their young cousin, Sergio. However due to their own vigilance and the care of another sympathetic inmate, the sisters manage to survive until the liberation of the camp. After transfer to Prague, and then to England, the sisters are finally reunited with their parents in Italy. Andra and Tati’s story is intertwined with the experience of a modern day school trip to that same concentration camp, which gives their lives and what they endured contemporary significance 75 years later.
Thank you for 20 000 subscribers! It motivates me to do more videos)) (also I'll plan to do another one CMV, based on this italian cartoon - produced in 2018 and shown on Media festival)
But...I will release fewer and fewer videos.(( Because I have a very difficult financial situation. I am trying to find a job (or here, or abroad). If I find a job, I will go to work. If I do not find a job soon, I will be forced to sell my reliable and faithful friend, my Super-Laptop, with which we have already experienced a lot in this cruel life .. and then the future of our glorious channel will be bleak (((

They always win. Humanity is a monster, to progress as a species, sacrifices must be made. Life isn't pretty, everyone has their own wars and their own evils. There will always be something monsterious about our species and nothing in the world can change that. But what can do is look to our past to better our future. That is what history is all about.

  • @YourNeighborhoodJackass1917

My great grandpa was a American who landed behind enemy lines on D-Day Normandy, he eventually found one of these camps, and he had to take pictures of the war crimes for trials. My Grandpa eventually found the pictures, and he was horrified, “I have never seen so much evil in one country, let alone a person.” - Staff Sergeant Carl Dickerson, 29th Infantry Regiment “Pioneers”.

Unfortunately, that's part of our history. What maybe my grandfather's father did and what many others did. That's one of the moments where I'm ashamed to be Austrian. A lot of people say there's nothing we can do because it's over. But we can do something. We can make sure the victims and survivors are never forgotten, and we can make sure nothing like this WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.

If you guys are wondering, why the soviet soldiers are the people who liberated the camp. It's because that the camp was the Auschwitz camp in the movie, and Auschwitz is located at the eastern side of Germany. While the Red Army is pushing back the German Troops, they found the Auschwitz camp and liberated it. So it's not a propanganda to make soviet soldiers are heroes, it's just a true story.

God, we might not hear the words that went with this animation, but I'm crying over how chilling it is.
The children especially ring so much emotion out of me. Fucking children... So many were treated like nothing... Killed without any love or mercy. And even those spared were torn away from their families to be molded into "Aryan" society.
It's hard for me to believe that the Nazis could justify such cruelty by any means, to dehumanize and marginalize whole groups so as to make it easier to dispose of them. I refrain from considering any faction or individual "Evil" because everyone has their reasons for doing what they do, no matter how twisted or wrong they are... But the Nazis might truly be worthy of such adjectives, killing so many for little more than petty hatred and material wealth.

Well, whilst it is true that victory over Nazi Germany belongs to the Soviet people you still have to admit that Stalin was by no means a benevolent angel.

    • @reclusiarchgrimaldus1269
      @reclusiarchgrimaldus1269 Před 2 lety +1

I will admit, Stalin and the Soviets successfully defeated the Nazis, but Stalin wasn't exactly an angel, either. And the reason why we in the U.S. don't really celebrate the end of World War 2 much is because we weren't as affected by it. The only attack that we faced on our homeland was at Pearl Harbor by Japan, who, by the help of God, we swept away with no invasion of our mainland, whereas your people lost millions in a gruesome battle against an army that literally wanted your people dead

+ Romans 10:9-10 "That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved." Amen 🙏!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The man in Luke 16:24 cries: ". . .I am tormented in this FLAME."
In Matthew 13:42, Jesus says: "And shall cast them into a FURNACE OF FIRE: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth."
In Matthew 25:41, Jesus says: "Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting FIRE,. . ."
Revelation 20:15 says, " And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the LAKE OF FIRE." And please repent of all of your sins and be baptized by the Holy Spirit before it is too late, you will never know when the time will come 🙏!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Amen 🙏!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As an former NCO of the German Federal Naval Forces and Daughter of an Admiral I can't understand how Proud German Officers could commit in such things.
Everyone who served as an commanding Officer in that time and had the command of such camp isn't worth to get called an officer.
Because he had betrayed all for what a German Officer should stand. And there is no exception every Officer or NCO who committed in that had deserved the gallow after that shame.
