    Won't all of these have alcohol in them? Natural yeasts on the fruit will start converting the sugars to ethanol. Some of these ferments go for more than a month and thats more than enough time to ferment some hooch.

      These may be low ABV but they are def alcoholic. Beautiful tho. I wish we could more easily apply these moves in the states without having to hide them when the health Inspector shows up.
