@@DirtyBuffaloProductions Indeed they are. I must tell ya this. Last year, I need a replacement tire for my 1973 Power King tractor and bought it at Tractor Supply. I believe that, yes, the wheels in the front are trailer wheels and tires, seen them also at Tractor Supply. And the comment from thd next guy down saying that that is not the right hood, he is mistaken. That is definitely the right hood for this much older tractor that was built in the 60's. I've seen them before, and in the early 70's Power King changed the body style somewhat as I do have two of them, a 1973 and a 1974 Power King tractors and love both of them very, very much.
My Hood has Grill and covers top and both sides.

We think they are some trailer wheels like for a boat trailer or something. You could probably find some at a Tractor Supply or on Amazon.
