About Shall We Dance?:
For longer than he can remember, John Clark (Richard Gere) has led a dull existence. Even with a successful career, charming wife and loving family, he still feels something is missing. I absolutely love this scene and truly adore this movie.Truly hate how freakishly underrated it is.Cause I think it was amazing to watch and sweet and humorous.But this scene just proves how incredibly talented both Richard Gere and Jennifer Lopez are.Two amazing dancers they both are.

Listened to the director's very sensitive control on this special movie. The music he chose very carefully indeed. He fully interacted with all the cast. Absolutely uplifting. Well worth taking the time to listen to & mull over.

Honestly, I think it's because they, pretty understandably, mistake a lack of ambition for a lack of talent. JLo has been content to plough a pretty lucrative furrow making terrible rom-coms, when, if you see her early movies, especially Out Of Sight, her talent for dramatic acting really shows through.
Enough's a really good case though. It did not perform well financially and that's why I think they retreated from making that kind of film.
She sucks & her life style is promiscuous but she can really dance !
