Retired construction worker here. I never had pain until I stopped working hard every day. So keep at it, your body needs it. And with you, you get better looking all the time, which was not the case with me. 😂

I stayed very active and never had pain or took a RX until I took a desk job with long days. I ended up in so much pain with Drs writing RXs that were supposed to help. I always knew the truth and finally quit and.stopped the RXs. Im still working on getting better but Im so much happier knowing Im back on the right path.

I've been up that many times and been knocked back down that many times. At 52 now, 10 years with sole custody of 4 boys at the time. I'll never give in and she really is doing an Amazing job
Exercising with your son was very cute and smart! You're setting a good example for him and I'll bet you get to do more activities with him now! Great example of what perseverance and determination can do! He will remember this and apply it to his life. Great job mom!❤

I had good teachers but l wasn't getting enough relief so l got into the habit doing it before work no matter how early start. And my body is now amazing and can do the stuff l did in my teens. My specialist/ surgeon recommended that l keep working on my back with the yoga as l had just started to come good and l never looked back. It works but you have to be disciplined. Even that work has disc in it.
You look so beautiful and you say the pain is gone. I have extremely bad arthritis degenerative disc disease in my lower back and herniated disc. I have arthritis in my right hip and then my right ankle and fibromyalgia and that makes me hurt all over. You have inspired me. It’s spring in Florida I think I will start with walking and go from there. I’m 67 and hopeful that I can start feeling better if I will do what you have done. At least try. I have given up over the past several years and I think it has only gotten worse. So if I exercise it can’t be any worse I can only do better. Thank you for posting this you beautiful girl!

Yeah. I'm so glad my dad was a winning coach and definitely made me fit for Life. I hated him then but grateful forevermore because I survived a fatal diagnosis because of my physical agility and strength. 😊

I am someone who lives in chronic pain each and every day for the past 12 years and unfortunately it's terminal and no amount of working out has helped, in fact it has only worsened my condition. So please do me a favor and never stop doing what you're doing because you've made an amazing transformation and it looks like you have a little one to live for. 🙏❤️👍👍

How did you break your back? I had surgery for spinal stenosis a few years ago, and I've recovered pretty well. 4 vertebrae are fused.
