Thank you for this, Dallas. My girlfriend deals with severe back and pelvic pain. She tried one of beginner seated workouts a while back and loved it, but never tried again. Maybe this will be just what she needs to repair her body and kill that pain!

DDP, if im not mistaken started out his wrestling career as a manager. So watching how he has transformed so many different people, especially athletes recover makes a lot of sense. He could still be a manager.

Is Butterbean ok?

I've had depression always. I learned to navigate it. Not rightly. I abuse drugs and alchol( nothing crazy but I over do it) I abuse my relationships too. I take out my frustrations on the wrong people. I get involved with people just like me. It only asks for more fights to destroy more relationships I think I can fix and love those people. I can love them because they're like me but I can't fix them til I love me. I can never fix them. I can only fix me and maybe guide them to love themselves. I give them the love that I crave and it always is too much. I give them the love and affirmations that I want and that I can see they never received. But the unfamiliarity makes it uncomfortable to them. They can't handle being treated with grace and goodness. So they turn it and use it against us. That's how trust fades. Im buzzed and just broke up with someone. Don't mind me

My parents had a friend that fought in the toughman competitions in the late 80s and once fought him. Dude was a savage but he said when butterbean hit him it felt like getting hit by a literal ton of bricks! This was a crazy strong wnd tough contry dude, the kind that has always scared me because you CANT hurt them!!

So pleased for him! Very inspiring. :)
