- Margo always struggled with her weight, food, and body image. When she started the DDPY Program she didn't believe that she could heal herself mentally and physically, but through the program, the community, and Margo's search for answers, she was able to OWN HER LIFE and OWN her Mindset.
If Margo's powerful story inspires you or could help someone you know, please share this video.

I wish. DDP would put out more of these vids - they really inspire me to keep trying.
Have you seen the ones for my friends Jade and Ken? They are so inspiring and such amazing human beings! i agree, I want more of these!
There are dozens there for the viewing. I watch my favorite over and over.
Margo, I love that you swear, sometimes it's called for. Years ago I ordered a very expensive version of the DDP discs, God knows what closet they are in. Then I subscribed to the monthly plan. Again, swore I would do it. After watching you, I believe I can. I come from a severely dysfunctional background, never anything but criticize. I am afraid of trying DDP because I din't want the praise and attention. Congratulations on your success.Thank you for being so forthcoming.
Remember: Anything worth doing is worth doing badly 😉you got this!
Your comment: " My body was bullying me...". That is a real guy punch for me. I do exactly that, the amount of negative self talk I have in my head crushes me. But that comment is something I want to post all over my apartment!!
Thank you for your honesty. ❤
I recently heard someone say that we need to remember, whatever that voice is saying to us, even when it SOUNDS like our own voice, it isn't. Those words come from other people, places, and times in our lives. Don't own what's not yours. Tell that voice to go away because you're busy getting the work done!
STRONG as hell. So happy for you
Even stronger now! I started lifting weights (seriously) back in June and I'm having a great time building muscles!
I'm glad you screamed "I did it" Congrats to you Margo. ooops to your dog being startled, but in his heart he's happy for you and cheered too.
I had MEANT to try that move later on in the day. I hadn't realized it was in the new workout I was doing and I absolutely surprised myself! There was a LOT of screaming, actually, so much so that I think I even freaked the kids out upstairs! LOL (it was totally worth it and the dog totally survived!)
Margo is my hero! ❤
If I'm super lucky, sometimes I show up as the hero in my own story. But I'm nothing without my friends! You are my greatest support!
Congrats. Margo you look good ! Eating disorders are such a pain and I'm glad you overcame yours. I just have to say @2:40 where you balance your bended knees on your elbows and go straight out to a plank....I'm still working on that. It's SO hard to do, but I know when I get there I will be shouting like you. :) Thanks for giving me motivation to be on the mat, Margo.
Thank you so much! Eating disorders are tough because you have to eat to live, multiple times a day! It's not something you can avoid, it's something you need to engage with all the time. It's still a struggle sometimes, where I have to remind myself of the growth I've made. I still have to tell the voice to shut up on occassion. I shouted like that because I'd surprised myself! I'd meant to try that later in the day. The last time I'd tried it I'd landed on my face. It just so happened to show up in a workout I hadn't tried but was filming and I caught it on tape! When you get there, make sure to throw in an "f-bomb" for me!
Amazing… I loved the “I did it “ great work.
I accidently surprised myself that morning! I'd planned on giving that a shot LATER that day. Last time I'd tried I landed on my face. I wanted to see how much I'd progressed. And then it showed up, without warning, in a workout I hadn't done before but happened to be filming! Huzzah!
Margo is a force of nature - I've never met anyone who hits quite so hard on the badass-ometer. I'm so heckin proud to call her a good friend, and I can't wait to see what life has in store next!

Thank you! I am so lucky to be part of the class of PUC '22 with you! I look forward to what life has in store for the both of us! So many adventures still to have!!!
I love it too, but I especially love the fact you don't care what other people think! You're right, it's your body! I'm a stranger but I'm so proud of you! Blessings of love and light to all!
Thank you so much! I grew up an athlete. I'd been strong but told I was fat just because of the numbers on the scale. For me to give myself permission to be as strong as I want to be regardless of what other people might thing is "appropriate" for a woman? That's huge!
We see you Margo. You're amazing.
This means more to me than words can say.
Go head young lady. Put in the work and see the results.
That's a lot of hard work right there! Nowdays I'm busy doing my DDPY and lifting heavy things in the gym for fun! Life is good when you put the work in!
This was really inspiring. We look very similar, the before pics of a leaner you, the before the weight loss pics- you can tell you had a good strong base and muscle even before the weight loss, and then afterwards. This inspired me knowing that I will look that beautiful again one day. Working on being consistent and not falling into binging
So glad for you.....
Thank you!
Congratulations! I needed to hear your message today. Just this morning I accepted that my issues with food are more of an addiction issue than I was willing to admit. I lost 106 pounds over the last two years and gained back 10 in the last two months. I’ve lost four close family members in five years and had something else beyond heartbreaking happen involving my son, so… its more than just food. I need to get my mat back out and try again. You’ve inspired me. Thank you. ❤
Thank you! I'm so glad that my story is able to help. So often we get silenced and are unable to find each other for support. You CAN do this. It's not a perfect journey. Some days are better than others. But if you keep taking little steps in the right direction, they add up to big changes. Carve out some time for yourself and leave all that heartbreak on the mat where it belongs. Don't carry it with you!
Shout out to Margo 🫶W
Thank you!
I’m very impressed and so damn proud of you. Yoga is such a foreign world to me and i can clearly see that it has its merits!!!
You did what most people could only dream of. Props
Yoga was a pretty foreign world to me too. I grew up an athlete, that's why I always "weighed so much" and was told I was fat. I prefer contact sports to yoga but THIS is a workout I can do whenever, wherever, and even work around injuries. It was a game changer in a LOT of ways!
Congratulations!!!
Thank you!
Yeah Margo, she is great!
Thank you!
Wow, Margo, Love that you shared this story. Especially love the self love you now have.. That is priceless.. Looking and feeling great is priceless too.
It's an amazing freedom, to just be able to live in my body without worrying about what other people think of it. I grew up an athlete. I was strong, but was told women shouldn't BE strong. My muscles weighed a lot so I was told I was fat. I love my strong body and absolutely nobody can convince me there's something wrong with me. Not anymore!
Way to go Margo! You Rock! Thanks for being so honest.
Thank you! Being honest is scary but absolutely nothing comes from being DIShonest, especially with yourself!
You look great Margo! So proud of you! You got this!!
"Relentless hope"❤
Thank you so much!
Go girl!! ❤
Thank you!
Made me cry
Me too!
Congratulations...you are living your best life...Blessings!!!
Thank you! I'd like to think the best is still yet to come and now I get to be healthy and happy while enjoying it!
I have wanted to try this for so long now and see this makes me want to try it more now than ever.
Margo congrats on the results you are getting and you are right that some days are better than others but by leaving it on the mat you can overcome the demons that plauge us day in and day out.
I look forward to my mat time so much. Not just because it feels good physically to get stretched and twisted and pumped like that, but because it's my neutral space where that is the ONLY thing that happens there. None of my earthly worries matter there. Leave the world behind and just focus on the lines my body is making on the mat.Sometimes the voice tries to push it's way in there but I just tell it to shut up, I'm working here! It's incredible.
You go girl 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Thank you!
Thank you so much for sharing your story.
Thank you for taking the time to hear it! So many times stories like mine get swept under the rug. The more people who are willing to hear it, the more people may start believe the stories are worth telling.
So amazing, Margo! Well done!
Very Cool 👏👏👏❣
Thank you!
What a star!
Thank you!
SO INSPIRING ❤❤❤❤❤
I'm so glad! Thank you!
You are awesome!! Thank you for sharing your experience! I am sure you will help many with challenges similar to yours, and even those whose situation is different! Success is exhilarating!
Thank you! I really hope my story helps others know they aren't alone out there. Those of us with restrictive eating disorders are often silenced. People seem to believe that anorexia is contagious and so we are isolated from each other. It makes finding others trying to recover impossible. The truth is, anorexia isn't just a teenage girl propblem. It's a real problem that CAN last a lifetime. It can also be recovered from, but not alone and not in silence. I hope the world hears me!
inspiring!
Thank you!
Margo, you are such an inspiration! You look amazing and you ARE amazing!!!
Wow!! Great!!!
Thank you!
So amazing!!! You are amazing!!! I am over weight and wish I could do the yoga but I have bad back and knee, really keeps me down physically and mentally.
Ddpy is great for resolving pain! They've even got workouts that target your back! Give it a try! What's the worst that could happen?
Thank you so much for that info!!! I'm so excited, thank you thank you
Just watch the ddp bed version, you can start there and move forward. Have faith my friend.
@@kclarke2971 thank you so much
❤She did a Wonderful job! Blessings ❤️
Very inspirational. Not letting your head bully you!!! I know that feeling 👍
Sometimes the voice tries to squeeze it's way into my head, but I just tell it to shut up, I'm working here!

merci ! faudra m'expliquer comment la peau du corps suit l'amaigrissement sans chirurgie ? merci
You scared the dog 😂😂😂😂
I bet she has a very happy husband. She worked really hard to lose the weight.
Did you notice he was working out with her, pleased for them both.
@@kclarke2971 Yes, he was very supportive.
Actually, the husband prefers me with a little more fat on me. Luckily, he ALSO enjoys strong women, so my lifting weights and growing muscles is our new favorite way to spend time together! The kids come too!
@@MargoLee-xl3rw Awesome!
How long it took you loss that weight
Honestly, the best diet to lose weight is Dr McDougall's starch based diet.
Yup bought his book, didn't believe it at first but it's true,
Who said anything about diet?
Wow! You just said you don’t care what others think. I want to be like you, I think you’re truly beautiful and your words here in this video where, what I really needed. Watched it several times . I think I’m addicted to to your uplifting story. Want to do it for myself. 🫶❤️💕🩷 Thank you!
