  • Had already diagnosed the problem. Main Solenoid was bad. This video serves to help you diagnose a similar problem.

Thank you for doing this video! I had the same problem of full voltage and solenoids firing but no go. I jumped over the solenoid like you showed and boom it moved. I used an old remote starter switch and just moving the cart a few feet got the leads hot. This is not a "get you home" fix it is only a diagnosis trick. Anyway, $20 for a solenoid on amazon and my cart is running again.

Hey man. I just tried this on my sons cart and it worked. Moved a little for the first time. Then i put the seat back on and tried the pedal again and nothing. Did i smoke something else. Ordered one solenoid off Amazon but maybe you can tell me if i did more harm than good

I’m no guru, and especially challenged with electrical issues. You’d be better off getting advice from a Facebook group. That’s where I learned what I know. There and CZcams.

If that solenoid is bad is it possible to make lights not work also?

I have a club car and noticed the amber light come-on quite often. the cart is fully charged but the amber light still comes on. Would you know what maybe the problem? Thanks.

I would suggest joining one of the groups on FB related to the Club Car. I’m no expert, and that is where I get the information I need when doing repairs. There are a LOT of guys out there that know them better than I do.

It has got new solenoid new limits switched even on wiper switch everything is fine. My mind is stack now. What else should i try?
