    The promoter is: The Running Channel Ltd (company no. 12035078) whose registered office is at Clerkenwell Workshops, 31 Clerkenwell Close, London EC1R 0AT.
    The competition is open worldwide to those aged 18 years or over, except employees of The Running Channel Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
    There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
    By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
    Closing date for entry will be 17/02/24. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
    No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

    This girl is so nice I could listen to a 2 hour show as to how showlaces are made, which material they use, why the different length, how they squeeze them at the end, why they snap, when to change them, how to remove a knot in case they get tangled and how to not get tripped on them.

    I am stuck at my desk all day and struggle to get exercise in, and struggle to finish at 5pm, so using this could help me prioritise my self care rather than flogging myself at my desk.

      You need to prioritise it, of course I don’t know your circumstances and I won’t say too much! But when you finally take the leap and view exercise as important as work or every other thing, you won’t regret it. Bonne chancé

    Hi Sarah, You and the Running Channel footage have been so help this year. It has help me with my half marathon training and not to just focus on speed and enjoy your runs.
    I think with the new watch would help with recovery time and sleep feedback.

    Currently training for my first half marathon in May! I’d never ran further than a 5k until a couple of months ago but watching you guys on the channel definitely keeps my spirits up

    My husband is finally getting serious about running with me but we need to get more sleep! He's training to run half marathons with me around the USA (I am running in all 50 states!) and it's been so fun having a live-in running partner! I would love to give this to him as a gift for his birthday for all his hard work! LOVE this channel!!!

    Adding this comment for my wife. She would absolutely love the quality of sleep tracking. Not only does she love sleeping but with this watch she can lord it over me how my restless sleep is affecting her sleep. 😊

    My usecase for a garmin wearable would probably be the HRV status, catching variations in recovery and immune system activity early would be a blessing. Also having good sleep stats. Battling a sleep disorder, and half the problem is having an accurate sleep diary to bring to appointments. How would I know what time I fell asleep?!

      I find EliteHRV very helpful, I use that in conjuction with Garmin Body Battery on a Venu SQ. EliteHRV is very good at telling me if I should focus on recovery, or if I might be getting ill.

    I can't believe how many new and game changing health tracking features the garmin venu 3 watch has, and how it has benefited Sarah. My life is always so hectic managing work life, family life, and running life. So I find it hard to take care of my wellbeing and fitness. Winning a Garmin watch would be so so helpful to enhance my daily routine and manage my health and fitness goals. I just know it will bring me that extra layer of motivation to prioritize my health.     I use my watch very much in the way Sarah described. It was really helpful recently when my sleep was disturbed for a few months by my elderly dog being ill. It helped me decide when and how much to train and when I really needed to take a break.

You re a natural speaker and it s great to hear from a mid-of-the-pack runner like most of us (in comparison with so many other CZcams and Podcast channels which is managed by elite runners and addressing us as if most of us were trying to break the 2h30 time goal for our next marathon!) I currently have a garmin forunner 955 and it seems that the watch you tested as some nice options that mine doesnt have. Thanks again!

    Love this one. I’ve given up drinking any alcoholic drinks since 1/1/24. I noticed my sleep score has risen from around 70 to 90-98 each night. My resting heart rate and exercise heart rate has dropped. I’m totally stoked. Love your channel and tips. Keep going crew.😊

    Excellent review Sarah, in still using a very old classic forerunner 245 and havent been able to update but the venu looks amazing, the heart rate variation looks like a really useful feature and the running insight it offers looks amazing
