I’ve done various sports all my life, Ropeflow has increased my agility and mobility significantly. It’s very accessible. Athletes can benefit as much as seniors with limited mobility. Thank you for helping to popularize it. Cheers
Benefit #7. Sleep quality: mine has improved a lot since starting rope flow, especially when learning new moves.
Related benefit #8. Rhythmic, soothing waves = relaxation = faster recovery.
Benefit #9 it’s something to look forward to after a hard run/workout that involves movement. (Most cool-down stretches, lunges are boring and can be hard, so I tend to skip them and go straight into couch-potato mode. But I look forward to 30-60 minutes of rope flow after a run. And rope flow has a ton of lunge variations, and hip/ankle/core benefits.)
Just started makes me feel good. My neck cracked and it felt so loose.
Brilliant thanks massive help to me Tim
I've been flowing for 2 months. Started with REI climbing rope. Purchased Octomoves Black Swan, been using that for about a month. I was going for reps, got up to 2,000 . Just started interval training I found on WEK. Just ordered your heavier rope. IDK why I get emotional thinking about flowing. Just had my breakfast and heading out to do a 5 minute spin.
I just found out about this discipline/practice in the last couple months. Never heard of you @Tim'sGym but I dig what I've seen so far. Appreciate this video, it's feeding the flames of fire of excitement and eagerness to pick up this practice with very serious intentions (I'm a professional mover I've done partner dancing and partner acrobatics for 15+ years). I can already see how amazing this practice is to zone out into a flow state... it's just bonus that it looks frikkin cool (aesthetically).
Anyways, thanks for sharing bro! I've already messaged/shared this with several other "mover" friends of mine and at least one of them is already on-board to take up this practice.
I plan to do your wayoftherope course. Stoked!
Cheers mate. (from Texas USA)
You've convinced me to try this. I used to jump rope and it was a terrific workout. My knees are pretty awful these days, so this seems perfect for me.
Such a great video! So many benefits so beautifully explained. Thank you for this video Tim 🙏Buying the golden teacher now!
Nice one Mr Muniz! Thanks for joining me here 😁
Cheers Tim I agree very therapeutic great warm up or cool down. Also like it as recovery if achey great for mood enhancer. Truly grateful and appreciate your introduction to the rope 🙏
Yea absolutely good additions, I think I will do another version solely focused on the movement/biomechanical benefits too. Cheers
I felt that today !!
Today was the first day i implement rope flow during the day. For a minute or 5, a bunch of these during the day + walking with this motion of head overFeet. I felt my guts working a lot, like a lot
I went to the bathroom like two more times than usual... I normally go one I went 3 times today.... Will see tomorow how it goes, but was just relaxing stopping during the day and do this...
Another benefit is can see is like a 5 minute de-stressor. I am a personal trainer and i have a 2nd job that is high stress..i can see stepping outside for 5 minutes just to play for a bit and de stress. Im not going to break a sweat in my dress clothes but im giving my mind a break.
Spot on
Sooooo many benefits. Love your rope flow course.
Love this, thank you. Hope yo buy a rope today❤
Nice one Pat, be good to have you join us =]
This is great stuff.
Thanks James =]
I can see how this would greatly benefit irish GAA players, especially hurlers. The figure of 8 pattern is exactly what happens when you hit a sliotar with a hurl!
Do you know of anyone selling ropes in Ireland? I'd love to start this practice 🙏🏻
Hey yea I’m confident it would be a good practise for them. I don’t actually know any in Ireland but we ship to there it’s not too far to go ✌🏼
@@Tims_Gym perfect thanks Tim!
Just found this and have a rope on the way. ☯️
Nice one windrid! Enjoy :)
@@Tims_Gym I’m pumped
What do you think about progressively heavier ropes? Can we build strength, hypertrophy, or strength endurance? Zone 2 training? Hey careful about violin buster, my daughter loves it and gets a flow in practice.
Hi Tim, just getting into Rope Flow for the 1st time & watched this video. At 4:28, it shows you in a gold sweatsuit doing some moves without a rope. I'm a Reiki practitioner. When I saw you doing those "energy" moves, it ignited my palms and feet. Can you tell me what it is you are doing (what practice) and where I can learn that movement routine? Would love to add it to my meditation/energy practice. Thank you!
