    It's a 4 week project.
    This week I'm sharing with you one exercises to start our journey together. One is all you need.
    As the weeks go, we will add more exercises and progressively build our exercise library as well as strength.
    Weather you can do a single leg squat already or not, it doesn't matter.
    We will check in where we are. If you are able to, make a recording of your current single leg squat - so you know where you start. It will be amazing to see how much you progressed over the weeks.
