  • Join me in getting strong single leg squat.
    It's a 4 week project.
    This week is week 2 and I'm sharing with you one new exercise. We are also practising the one we learned last week.
    Next week we will add one more exercise to progressively build our exercise library as well as strength.
    If today's exercise is still too challenging, stick to the one we did last week and keep building the strength. Trust the process, you can only get stronger, but it might take a little longer.
