    I'm gonna try this tomorrow. I think this will help with my ankle mobility when I deep squat.

      Not really. This is to get your gluts activated. He does have other videos for ankle mobility. I highly recommend you go look for those if that is your issue.

      ​I agree with @akaedathelogtoad I have had ankle mobility issues for 20 years and his videos have been the only thing that have helped.

    Your bad posture comes from wearing very tight shoes, narrow tow box, try some Altra shoes, they have wide toe boxes and really help with your posture over time. I could recommend Altra Paradigm and Torin, both really good but you really have to commit to changing the way you stand/walk/run. Gg.

    Em empresas.metaluirgicas quando trabalhamos é obrigatório uso de sapato de segurança com proteção de aço para os dedos( biqueira de aço) nas academias já vi gente treinando de chinelo Cloks,

      i think it reduces injury
      through stability/mobility and iron form

      Activating your glutes before a lower body work out helps them "wake up" and be engaged during the workout, which helps avoid injury but ALSO helps your glutes get the most out of the workout.
