Rule of thumb.For men anyways. Your calves and biceps triceps flexed. Should be about the same circumference.Im 39 years old. Been working out off and on since HS.Got really serious with it in my late 20s. My calves and biceps are 19 inches flexed when cold. But im working with a 5 foot 9 220 lb frame. Everyone is built differently. I never dwell on what other folks swear on. Let the doctors tell it. For my height. Im only supposed to weigh about 165. Im 220 and have low body fat. Healthy. Strong mind. Why fix something that isnt broke
