Why did you used your hand and then spoon to take out the scallops and oysters since you are also pouring in all the soaking water into the prawn based broth ?. Might as well pour in all at the same time
Chef Sam, since we are getting old n our eye sights are weak.. You have a maid. Why not ask her to really clean up the area where you cook properly. It is really bad. Never-ending thank you for wonderful recipes.
