@@PebelWasTaken it's the complete opposite playstyle, he's used to oneshotting people and now he's playing for DPS. it's clear he overestimates his damage and underestimates how easily he can die still.
Pebel Caps has been a Midlands since he first started League. For years and years. Now for the first time ever he plays ADC and he is inconsistent in that role. But him and G2 Perkz are both Midlaners. Last year Perkz played adc (bottomlane) because he wanted to. And he was pretty good. But I don’t think caps wanted that he was Prob forced but I reckon that was mention in his contract with G2

@@hansfabiankoeger8657 he was clearly forced into adc, obviously he won't say it out loud. he's one for getting the most out of every situation so he tries to embrace and enjoy the role that he needs to play. Perkz is definitely a better fit for adc role than caps simply because he's a much better gold funneler, he knows when to be where in order to get the most gold possible, he is willing to sacrifice more for his wealth and willing to take the responsibility of being the most important dps provider in the teamfight. Caps on the other hand is much more of a playmaker who would sacrifice his income for the team and still be completely fine with his outplays even if he gave up all his resources, that also makes him not the guy you want to put all your trust in as the primary damage source needed alive in all teamfights . All in all, the reason why perkz is a better adc than caps is also the same reason why caps is a better mid than perkz.

I believe he's my favorite player. Always smiling, looks untiltable, will try every move even if he gets killed. Sadly, he looks way less flashy on the bot lane, but we'll see on summer split when they'll start to switch Perkz and Caps from game to game :).

Every pro player reaches a loss eventually and a tilt is the best players that shake out of it and continue to strive to be better and never assume your the best until you earn it.I hope he doesn’t get cocky and perform with his teammates better instead of just some easy plays that don’t require extending when not needed it.
I knew the end of game 5 vs MAD will haunt G2 for a long time. In the series vs OG it’s even more obvious, Caps plays adc like a midlander, it cost his life sometimes, but also made the hugs comeback in game 2 possible. Also Caps lost the world finals 0-3 two years in a row, he is going to have huge pressure if he makes it into the world final again...

Caps is essentially the epitome of what the LEC is as a region. He’s confident regardless of the situation, and always talks trash. He styles on the vast majority of the world with ease. He has flashy outplays that make you lose your mind. Yet when he goes against the best of the best at worlds he gets hard outclassed and destroyed every single year. One of these years this dude needs to win it all man. He’s so good. Also G2 is hilarious, and one of the most entertaining teams out there. Please pull it off at least once.
This video is just basically summed up all the reasons why Caps on ADC wasn't a good move. All or nothing on a role that requires discipline and mostly playing safe, lmao.

@@zackestin1368 You're right on the spring split, on the summer split tho, he got alot better and was pretty consistent and could actually play most champs, including midlane based champs, which was one of G2's strenght
Although they have done really well, G2 needs an actual Bot lane player. Perkz was good, but only on Xayah. FPX demonstrated that by never letting him have it. Caps, well caps can't really play bot since he doesn't position well and has to have his team funnel him. Maybe he'll improve but so far FNC are looking like the winners of the LEC.
Jankos is the most consistent player on the team. He is the real MVP in the OG vs G2 series. Caps just got Pentas but Jankos made the wins possible.
Caps isn't miss positioning he's baiting. The casters can get it wrong you know. And Wunder is the most consistent

You must not have watched many games. Over the course of 2019 he killed it on Syndra, Lucian, Ezreal, Kai'Sa, Zoe, Yasuo, etc. several times. So, to say he was just a Xayah otp is ignorant af.
Fpx was probably one of the worst matchups for G2 to face in worlds. Take a strong Dueling 1v1 midlaner and put him into a stonewaller supportive player who plays through the map and his jungler.

Caps is an amazing player with so much talent and potential and I can see why he is called Baby Faker. He has amazing mechanics and great all around but his playstyle and attitude can be a double edged sword. This is what seperates him from Faker. I'm not trying to disrespect Caps but 0-2 Worlds Finals and they call you Baby Faker and what's worst is that in both Finals Series he got sweep without battle or much resistance. If he wants to have a chance to be at Faker's greatness he has to step it up and I mean a lot.
Like 3 world championships, a bunch of local championship titles, consistent performance and managing to stay relevant to the industry for 9 long years. Sounds easy, lol.
