This is adorable. I’m thinking heavily on tip #1, because I’m a woman and I have a guy friend who NEVER lets me pay for the meal. I have tried several times. Just because I feel bad for having him pay for me all the time lol! But the fact that we’re not even dating and he still does stuff like that shows me chivalry is not dead, and there’s still real Black men out there. Even if media isn’t highlighting them.
