I have a laguna pressure filter same as the one in the video , I have no problems with the back flush. The reason the gentleman is having a hard time is because the filter is dry, I've had it for month no problems yet, UV light working well.
I have the 100 model of the Sicce that I installed about a month ago. The ability to clean the filter by pumping the handle broke so I opened it up to fix it. Now I can't get the top of the filter to sit back down on the filter. I would not buy the Sicce again, but I wouldn't even consider a Laguna due to the problems their low-quality pumps have caused me over the years.
Had the Sicce, a pain in the ass to maintain, eventually leaked, and couldn’t handle the bio load of my pond. The Laguna that replaced it works perfectly.

I have to go to the other video for the Sicce. What kind of comparison video are you making. You are only showing the faults of the laguna. Bad video.
