Thanks for a well thought out lighting review. Having been an LD for over 15 years before getting into film 20 yeas ago I really appreciate how you broke it down. I am going into production on my next documentary which has me traveling and making my first jump into LED lighting (which is miles from my old school lighting kit) and its just amazing what is out there and what you can do with tiny RGB lights. Overall good information and I just purchased two GVM 1000D lights. One critical point you missed with lighting set up is the 2nd mounting hole. It allows the light to be mounted at a 45 degree and therefore a full rage of aiming the lights and barn doors. I didn't have the problems with the new Bluetooth controls you had. Thanks for the review.

Knowing that key light was at 100% fill at 50% can you tell us the camera settings and the light distance for this setup so I can have a rough idea for the brightness overall ? thanks :)
