It was about time I'd make a “what I eat in a day” video, since I looove cooking and baking. But as the saying goes “better late than never” so I am super excited to share this kind of video with you guys. I decided to film two days instead of one just to have more recipes and more fun hehe! I'll share some easy to make, yummy food ideas, talk briefly about the vitamins that I have been taking lately and sharing some bits in between! please let me know if you like these kinds of videos since this video was so much fun to film and edit and I would love to make more of them. Hi Brita that form of magnesium you are taking which is called bisglycinate form especially for better sleep. It can make you feel a bit sleepy if you take it during the day therefore better to take it before you go to bed. For over all health issues I recommend you to take Mg Citrate. Please check with your doctor too. You can search on the internet there are couple of forms in Mg for each specific needs. With love. Foods are looking so delicious and healthy.

Hi Birta, magnesium bysglicinate is great in the evening. It calms you down. (great for sleep). To energize you in the morning is better magnesium malate. :) Loving your videos!

I think we need a cookbook from you two hard to try from videos at least for me. I am allergic to nuts and vegan so it's tough with making replacements for a lot of the ingredients you have as have many other food allergies. I am sure he could make some great photos and you two are so creative can do two versions one in english and the other in Icelandic or other. I think it would be a popular book :) It's a thought :)

I see you were adding frozen berries to your smoothie and a few days ago I found out you are not supposed to eat them right away, but cook them before because frozen fruits can carry bacteria and viruses. 🙈I've been doing it for sooo long!
