Happy Friday! I hope you're all having a fantastic day. I had a little car accident yesterday, but thankfully, everything is fine. I walked away with just a tight shoulder and neck-it was a bit of a shock!
Anyway, I'm so excited to share today's video with all of you. I know you guys always love my "What I Eat in a Week" videos. In this particular video, I'll be sharing Week 1 of my new meal plan from the Soul Sync Body Summer Guide that launched today!!! My team and I have poured our hearts and souls into creating this one!
The recipes in this meal plan are carefully curated to fuel your body, perfectly complementing the workout program that we've just launched on our app. The ultimate goal of this challenge is to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in your own skin. These recipes are dietitian-approved and happen to be some of my new favorite summer dishes.
We understand that nutrition can sometimes be confusing, and with this challenge, we aim to inspire you to either get started or take your health and wellness journey to the next level. Within the challenge, you'll find the full meal plan, a grocery list, nutrition tips and tricks, as well as video tutorials for each recipe. All the meals are easy to make (all under 30 minutes), so you can easily follow along at home.

I dont know why, I always feel like cuddling with my soft cushions acter watching your video. Maybe it's the warmth and cosiness that radiates from your videos, maybe it's your sweet enchanting smile or maybe its your calming voice, etc etc. I have no idea, but I feel so relaxed after watching your vlogs or these kind of videos. I have been doing your pilates workout. I started few months ago, thats when I first discovered your channel. Oh boy it was hard. It's still hard, but I have gotten better with the planks and a lot of other exercises. At first I couldn't even hold a plank position for 10 seconds. But now I can hold it for a whole minute with ease.
Your recipes, just everything about you. I know that youtubers don't really show the pessimistic side of their life. But you make feel optimiscim even without trying. Thank you Sanne. I have started to appreciate myself, my body.

Love this healthy inspo however for a lot of people this is not enough food! It’s also quite low in carbs so not very good for female hormone health just to be aware!

If you have trouble falling asleep at night, try ditching sweet foods before going to bed. Sugar makes us awake, so it might be worth getting rid of it.

Hii!!! I don't really do detox diets but there are a few recipes I turn back to when I want to eat healthy and clean. Most of them are actually recipes from this mealplan!
