- This video is my craziest day in Accra so far. First, I will show you what I went to and who i met when I went to withdraw some money in Accra.
Next I will introduce you to my new friend Beatrice. She is a local CZcamsr and her new channel on youtube is @officialbluebeatrice
**If you are wondering about the weird transition from Black Square to the beach, it's because security asked me to stop recording. They indicated that in order for me to film publicly in Accra, I need to get permission from the Govt. As a result, we had to leave and we continued filming at Labadi Beach in Accra.

The pay issue is a concern in African countries. Thanks for showing this . The positive aspect about Africans is that they are very hard working ( engaging in Petit businesses in order to care for their families.

You are seeing the 2 world of Africa were someone charges $300 a night for a basic apartment in Accra and majority of Ghanaians earn $55 a month. It's like that all over Africa
Yes its very extreme and rather embarrassing. On the surface i dont have an opinion if someone wants to pay high prices to feel good but to pay somebody an amount that is not sufficient to cover their rent is borderline criminal. My sister's business gives employees $3 everyday to cover their transportation and cooks lunch for everyone in Zimbabwe. And they have tea and bread working at the factory around 10am. There is over 30 or so employees. I was proud seeing my sister doing this when i was home for a period. Some white or Chinese business people dont even do this. As Africans we should lead with the heart. I am really disappointed.

Man that is the truth. Average Ghanaian don’t make more than 600 a month, and u see apartments going for $300 a night . Do that make any sense. Life in ghana is crazy.

these are international banks with a lot of wealth.some of these banks have been in existence for over 150yrs. Why shouldn't they pay people a decent living wages? Africa will always remain poor if we don't change our policies.

Like an investigative journalist, Ivain takes his viewers into Ghana to explore the culture. I thought it was immensely fascinating that those two bank security guards had no residence; however, they work two jobs earning $55.00 monthly. And- the interesting and informative discourse Ivain had with the beautiful, Nigerian/Ghanian CZcamsr, was intriguing. That young Ghanian man doing fire tricks was entertaining. Ghanians seem to have a fun time socializing, listening to music, playing in the water, and riding horses on that splendid beach. Phenomenal eclectic content Ivain!

I can see you at surprised with the revelation from the interview with the security guy. That's the reality of most of the people you see as security in some of these places. It's all about survival. It will amaze you despite the obvious hardships some of these guys still press on to make life better. Some still embark on higher education with their minimal resources to obtain some qualification. Ghanaians youth are indeed magicians managing the scanty resources that they earn. Yet after school there are no jobs for most of the people.
You have a good heart appreciating the hardship of the people. You touched my heart with your act of kindness
