Where’s the green , nature… too much concrete
That's my problem with Accra developments, the houses are too cramped. No front/backyards, zero to mediocre landscaping,
This man will make you buy anything! Your energy is off the charts!
I appreciate bro ❤️🙏
Half the price a local contractor will build more than that for the same amount. The contractor company are rip offs
The island is perfect in a house the ray should be Two one to the top and one to down up and down beautiful house
I really love the Ghanaian real estate market! Compare to the Nigerian market Ghanian have much more to offer. With that said, the houses shouldn't be so close to each other for safety reasons like "fire outbreaks."
Thanks so much, your point well considered
@@kolawolemayowa1921 where is guzape?
Wonderful watching live from Japan 🇯🇵 🇺🇬🌍🌎🌏🇺🇬
Good to know, invite all your friends and family to be a part of the family
Love the layout of the master bedroom especially the bathroom
❤️
This is a beautiful home, $320k is a bit high, but I guess it depends on the location...thanks for sharing.
Thank you
Hope one day you will show another beautiful house with the pool inside the house but not the compound or the back yard.
We will!
I understand is business but 302k is alot can get me a house in US and can flip it anyway that's my opinion
Where in the US.Greater Washington DC area you can't find a decent house for that price
@@nicholasgwira9026 Dallas, Houston, Atlanta , etc.
Most probably a wooden house
not a cement one.
Then shut up and go get a house there for that price. Enough of this nonsense of “ I can get a house in the US for this blah blah amount”.
I live in the UK and there’s no where in the capital London that you can get a house for this price, not even in the surrounding towns around London. A studio flat in London will set you back almost £500k, if you don’t know a studio flat Google; that’s just a room with bathroom and kitchen, plus if you’re lucky a balcony, no living area. I can’t go to a developer here in London or the US as a matter of fact and ask them why they sell houses in millions of pounds despite the fact that it can be built for less🤷♀️. Accra is the capital of Ghana and to live in every capital city is costly, this isn’t rocket science, it’s common knowledge. Suffice to say, considering inflation in Ghana is thrice higher than western countries, why would you surmise a house in Ghana would cost any cheaper than western countries?🤔🤔. If you’re educated and understand Economics I’m sure you’d appreciate.
@@takyiakuffu No not here in Dallas and Houston you don’t know what you are saying 😆😆
Amazing
Thank you 🙏
It's a beautiful property, however I wish there would have been some bit of greenery. Accra and its environs is fast becoming a concrete city which is not great for our environment. Are we thinking of sustainability and the environment when we are building such stunning properties? Just my thoughts but yes the property is lovely all the same
Great comment!
Beautiful house, your presentation is always on point. Keep on bro
Thank you 🙏
In all your videos you miss a crucial detail
Plot size
Beautiful ❤️
Thank you 🙏
Yes,beautiful 😍 one of the best I have seen in ghana. Pricey though, but love it.
Thank you 🙏
How can you not talk about the bath tub? the best thing in the house. Bath tubes are hard to find in houses i have seen in Ghana.
😊
Good presenter
Thank you 🙏
Wonderful house and a home to live with family. I love 😍 love 😍 it. Anyway is this house still available please?
Not available
I hope he's a presenter/announcer in his other job... amazing presenter voice
Thank you 🙏
I like high ceilings which are missing in most of these properties?
Do you have glass door frontals?
Yes some properties do have
Very beautiful 🌻
Thank you 🙏
Exactly what I wanted....I'm buying it soon
💯💯💯
After the being has been bought can you build the walls to the height I want?
🙏
I will one day buy a house from you bro💯💯💯💯
God will make it happen
Amoung all the real estate properties I've seen, this Architectural design really stands out.
Totally impress with the kitchen and kitchen island.
Variety of tile selections... you've earned my respect bro. ..keep it up.

Beautiful looking house
However, it is pricey. Bro we all build ooo and we don't compromise on quality.
Thanks for watching
I want to be like you, and before I can be like you i need to work with you and learn somethings from you
ok
I will become a house owner one day 💵💵
Amen 🙏
👏
👌🤙
Why are all developers building without leaving any green areas? I shall not buy a house without at least garden beds. How will the land breath without any outlets for rain water? More space for my re trees is important.
The space at the back is also small.
Accra is becoming like London, new NYC where there is no space hence delvelopers are focusing on building space rather than green, you can make up your own greenery when you buy the house
🙂
@@jaellessuperchannel8870 you're a liar there is green spaces everywhere across London
Why do all the windows have bars?? Also, it's very strange the balcony door has a knocker & peak hole
😊😊
320, 000 apuuu even in the US u won’t pay this amount even if u do for 30 yrs… AMA Ghana ahh
Don’t come in the internet everyday to spill your ignorance, your whole comment exposes your knowledge about the real estate industry. All I have to say is go for more knowledge and research about anything before you go public about it. Anyways , thank you for still watching.
Love this master bedroom so spacious! But why is this washing machine in the kitchen??? And where's the dryer?
Sometimes we have a separate laundry room, other times the washing machine is part of the kitchen setup. Real estate is dynamic I guess 😆
The dryer is an option for most buyers but can be installed for anyone who wants.
Also in Europe especially UK can see the washing machine in the kitchen, I imagine it done historically to tap into the plumbing/power. In the US it's always in a separate laundry room or closet.
@@bbalderston125 that’s very true . Thank you for sharing
What is the use of security post?
It’s to house the guard in the house and it’s very common in ghana to have a security post for your guard. Because most of the time , these same guards double as house helps and all in the house.
might as well be a townhouse, too close to each other, but they are beautiful
😊
Please what’s the plot size?
50*100 ft
Beautiful building but I don't like that you open and the first thing to see is the whole living room and dining facing you, ghanaian homes should start adding foyers
Thank you 🙏
That price is bit high there are other places to go where you can get bigger and finished for the same or less.
😊
No green area, concrete everywhere that is bad of Ghanaian estate developers
Oh ok
Do you only have properties in Accra? How about Kumasi? Haven't seen any of your properties in Kumasi. I think I'm more interested in Kumasi
Only Accra for now
Alright
No swimming pool. It makes it a minus for this price.
Oops
Is it still available?
Yes
Poor design for me just look at that big flat space there I mean is a one storey at least u should made some balcony from there or a huge window to give more ventilation or hood view
Before u attack me I like everything inside this house the front view for me is is bad 😢😂
Attack?? Feel free to express your opinions but if a design doesn’t meet your preferences. It’s not a bad design, it’s just your preference that is different
So u need security to live there? Is it necessery? Is there alot of crime?
It’s very common in Ghana to have a security personnel at your gate. Not necessarily because of crime but to assist you and your home
Can you mortgage these properties??
This particular one,YES
Please i want to work with you and a student at upsa
ok
I am wondering If you guys finance???
Finance???
@@CODREALTYPROPERTIES I am talking about Mortgages!
@@jeangermain3621 I can refer you to a mortgage officer please
It appears it is cheaper to just purchase land and build.
I love the choice of your word “appears”. I leave that to you to come tell me your experience after, we’re all learning.
@@CODREALTYPROPERTIES I was not speaking in the affirmative that is why I used the word "appears". My goal is to move to Ghana and retire. I have made a couple of visits but my main source of information is CZcams at this point. Build with Amoaa and Asher & Gad are great sources. Ash is talking the whole process of building with cost. if you check his videos out you can see he is nowhere near that 300k mark and he has a double lot size. I guess that is not a true measure since it is about location. As you stated, " we are all learning".
I have a friend who moved to the UK from Jamaica and is doing exactly that. His family stayed in Jamaica and all work for him, building his house. He's a smart guy and will get to retire in luxury.
Boss don't vex but ma question is, is the house going to be yours forever if you buy this house?
It’s a good question, it’s a leasehold. You will have to renewal at some point
Renewal doesn’t mean you’re paying for the property again, join my master class for more
Okay
Then per what you saying, you are not safe for when buying house.
It's better you build it yourself right....
@@samuelasante7044 where did I mention that, if you want to learn. Find a way to learn and get the right knowledge. Lease and free hold deals with the land and not what’s sitting on it.
Hi who is your electrical installer and the interior designer please can you give me their contact details ?? The tiles and painting installer ?
We do everything construction and real estate
Forgive my ignorance. Why cant we build with wood in Africa like in North America?
Just a matter of the environmental and weather conditions but gradually we’re getting there
Why do developers in ghana hate trees and plants? 😂 this one even tried.
😊😊
@@CODREALTYPROPERTIES Could you please share more properties with greenery. 🙏🏽 I honestly think this is the future of property development (at least I'm hoping...hahahaha)
