The guy is basically MHA's version of The hulk and the longer he fights the stronger he becomes.

I think that's inaccurate. Hulk gets stronger the angrier he gets. Machia starts at 100% strength, and due to his Quirks, can maintain that 100% as long as he sufficiently motivated. Even if other heroes can match his strength, after 48 hours they will be worn down to nothing from exhaustion while Machia only needs a quick nap.
His Morale into Energy Quirk effectively gives him Shonen Protagonist powers 😂
No matter how bad the situation, if his master calls him, he heroically recharges immediately.
Mt. Lady was a beast for Holding him for nearly as long as she did.
I love the fact that, for having SEVEN Quirks, none of them seem inherently overpowered or dangerous on their own. If Machia had only one of any of them, he'd be an ordinary threat.
Endurance, his original Quirk, is by far the scariest, as it basically allows him to fight on even after he should be down.
Pain Blocker seems powerful, but pain is incredibly essential for recognizing damage. People who have the condition in real life can cause serious harm to themselves without realizing it.
Gigantism is the same Quirk as both Mt Lady and the nameless goon she knocked out in her debut. That's a solid show of the spectrum of it's effectiveness.
Dog let's him smell & hear better. Could make him a decent tracker, but not much else. Little to no combat use.
Energy Saver, again, isn't that scary on its own. Makes him an excellent bodyguard who only needs a couple hours sleep to fully recharge.
Fierce Gains is the only one that is explicitly for making him stronger. We don't get a detailed description, but it sounds reminiscent of Muscular's Quirk. We've seen how dangerous that can be.
Mole, like Dog, has very few combat advantages on its own. The claws can be effective weapons, but no more than any Meta user like, say, Spinner.
It's scary to think how powerful Machia is when over half his Quirks are just for hiding and finding his Master.
Can confirm for the pain blocker being more dangerous than "cool" or "badass" irl as I remember my teacher told us a story on how one of his students had that condition and one time he (the student) was at his grandparent's house that had those indoor fireplace so when he went to sleep, he woke up to the smell of something burning just to find out half of his face was burnt to the bones and his left eye was permanently blinded because he slept to close to the fireplace and his blanket caught fire and he couldn't feel it. Luckily though he lived but with a blind eye and half a normal face

@@runningoutofnames3CS they did an episode of House that featured the condition. Patient & House squared off to bitch about who had it worse, constant pain or no pain.
Patient mentioned things like having to set a timer to go to the bathroom, checking her cornea in the morning to make sure she hasn't scratched one out, not being held by boys too long less she overheat, and the time she accidentally sat on the stove.
Just like OFA. Each of the quirks alone are pretty unremarkable but combined with the raw power of OFA makes them reality breaking, like in the case of Gearshift. But what if the seven quirks of Machia were the quirks within OFA instead?

I think that he is the masked goon in the afo flashback because of endurance because it as you said allowed the user to not burn out as long as his moral Is high and if he were to died due to old age that would mean that he "burned out" and both the masked goon in the afo flashback and him had the same hair colour and if I know anime they wouldn't show a goon in a important flashback and have the same colour as a important character later on or it could just be the animators had forgotten eh this is just a theory (A gAmE tHeOrY)

We saw, villian's quirks improved, like Twice's copy count, Toga can use people's quirk who she turned into. What about heroes improve their quirks? İmagine Monoma can use multiple quirk at same time

I actualyl don't like the idea, that thing exist, the idea of Gigantimaniac, and why the hell he is so OP...
maybe it's because he has 7 quirks, And one of them allows his lifespan to barely be affected by the strain of all those quirks.
I think his loyalty to his master comes from his dog quirk

Actualy for a super hero universe, MHA has a pretty weak level of average power, their strongest peoples wouldn't be that strong if they were in the Marvel/DC universe, or just any other shhonen like OP.
