    Hi Dr Elibra
    I have a question..
Is it True that raw organic cacao powder has only trace amounts of caffeine, cause i try to stay away from caffeine completely...
Thats the reason i dont drink coffee for years cause im very sensitive to its effect
    Is cacao a safe alternative?
    Thank a lot in advance...
    Have a great Day!!!

Great question! Yes, cocoa powder does contain caffeine. If you are staying away from caffeine completely, then you should also avoid cocoa powder as well.
