I was able to feel and see the differences during live fire. The video suggests that the Grip Anchor changes the behavior of the G19, and mimicking the G45. You'll notice that the G19 without Grip Anchor behaves more like the G17 where the muzzle dips a bit more or is more bouncy at the return to zero.
Rounds were shot at a comfortable pace, and only as fast as I could see the dot superimposed on my target. Video was filmed in slow motion.

I own a 19 for AIWB EDC. Really been thinking about getting a 43X for comfier EDC and a 45 for OWB around the house and whatnot. I keep hearing about the 45 being noticeably flatter than the 17.

The G45 is really good and gives you different options over a G17.

Did you get the grip anchor with or without the backstrap? There’re two options on their website and have no idea which one to get lol

Depends on your config. I don't run a backstrap on my Gen5, so the standard version there. The backstrap version is for Gen4/5 when using backstrap or for Gen3. They note the details in the description. I hope that helps.
