Good review of a good bourbon. I’ve visited Woodford in Kentucky and they have an amazing tour. You should take a trip through bourbon county one day, if you haven’t. A must have bottle on your bar or in your cabinet. Well done Mr. D.

Just tried the woodford reserve based on your recommendation. My first bourbon experience, and I gotta say it's delicious. Vanilla, spice with oak on the nose. Mildly sweet with spice and pepper on the palate. A good burn on the way down. Was expecting bourbon to be very sweet. I'm pleasantly surprised that it's not overly sweet. Im liking this more than scotch.
