I've watched and read some incredible tributes, but Boris said it best with 'She seemed so timeless and so wonderful that I am afraid we had come to believe, like children, that she would just go on and on.' That really hit home

Ohh, that was beautiful, Boris. I smiled, I laughed, I nodded and I cried because it is like our beloved Nan has died, who used the one bar fire and old Tupperware, wandered around in sensible shoes and tartan skirt and loved us all.
I would have never thought I would be watching a speech by Boris more than once, yet here I am watching it for the fourth time and it just gets me emotionally, rest in peace our Queen ❤️

Best thing he's said in years
I've seen a lot of cynical comments around this speech, but regardless of the who, how and why, the words that Johnson delivered were spot-on perfect.
The statement not long after the Queen passed from Boris was I thought very touching but again this tribute was absolutely wonderful. Irrespective of our views on individuals and their policies credit where credit is due, this was a magnificent speech.

So this is what borris was doing instead of managing the country, preparing this speach. Definitely his best speech he’s ever done and a great way to honour our late queen
Boris has always been a romantic and classist in his thinking of how life and politics plays out - I would not be surprised that he could write a speech like this at a drop of a hat. Despite his appearance and his ways as a prime minister and Brexit - he was an Oxford graduate.
