No. On the contrary. There is a clear list of terms considered unparliamentary. A good orator can work with that. Sometimes clever politicians skirt very close or too close.... and the intervention of the speaker increases the emphasis.
The tradition of parliamentary language is an old and noble one. And it has a place in the UK legislature.

Starmer the hypocrite !He can have beer! and sandwiches. Bags of takeaways but that's OK. It was a " meeting " ! Is Starmer going to condem the hordes of nurses and NHS staff dancing and prancing on NHS premises while COVID victims died yards away ! Of course not. They were his voters ! Bois was given a £5,0 TICKET. Yes Starmer was right, it isn't the same as a parking ticket. A fixed penalty Parking ticket is £90 !! Stupidly saying that getting a fixed penalty notice is mocking people unable to see their dying wives in hospital or nursing homes is ludicrous ! Going into a nursing home at the height of the COVID epidemic would put dozens or even hundreds of vulnerable people at risk of dying ! This is not remotely comparable to staff who have been working together all day and are regularly tested , having a drink afterwards ! It's like saying someone with a parking ticket is mocking a mother killed by a drunk driver racing his mate in stolen cars ! Both are driving offences, after all !

If you had seen that wicked woman doing her Immigration Speech earlier... She smirked and scowled through, what can only be described as barbaric, her plan for Rwanda. A truly evil woman, who I believe, became a National Security Threat as soon as she held "off the books" meetings with people in Isrl when on holiday.
It cost her the job under Mrs May. Her mitigation at the time, "I had fully informed Boris Johnson, Foreign Minister."
Not the Prime Minister, Mrs May. She reported to Boris. Boris Johnson.
Personally, I believe she laid the campaign for Antisemitism during the last Election. Now, she's is Home Secretary. Maybe, God forbid, Prime Minister in waiting...
