I didn't know it had etch, just checked my monogram boxing and it also had some etch hidden at the bottom of the box, cool :)

Good morning Paul, the build is looking absolutely fantastic, the colour really suits the car, being a mainly armour builder, I could be talked into building something like this, only if I could sneak it home, being newly retired I have to watch my money, very best regards to you and your family from a Kiwi living in Australia, Les

Good evening Paul. I absolutely love watching your work. I’ve watched your content for quite a while now and you set the quality standard for automotive model building imo.
I’m interested in purchasing some bottles of pro scale paints and some Ultimate modelling products. Is combined shipping possible? I live in The Netherlands. Thanks👍

Thank you buddy :) Sadly not on the shipping as they are two different companies operating from different areas

Hi Paul. Love your videos and your precision. I’m a new adult modeler. I’ve built 4 cars so far. I’ve got a simple question…. Before starting my first build I did allot of research and purchased many tools to get started. I made a decision to buy Acrylics to learn airbrushing. My thoughts were they seemed to be the easiest to start with. But 4 builds in and I’m extremely frustrated with my body painting and clear coating. I’m not happy with the end results. Is it just that I need to keep getting better with experience or should I be using Enamel paints to get better results? I know there are many factors to painting but maybe there is a clear answer to better paint jobs. Regards….

Acrylics can be very frustrating to work with. Especially the clear coats. I tried for years to get a good finish with them, but never was really happy. I now use Tamiya lacquers or MCW enamels cut 50/50 with lacquer thinner. I can get great results with both. Tamiya clear lacquer can give you a great gloss finish, but 2K clears work best. There's plenty of youtube info on methods of application to guide you. Skip the frustration and give it a try.

@@wallace49 appreciate your response. I guess I wish I did better research before committing to Acrylics when I started modeling again. I think I’ll use my acrylics for interiors and frames and such and move over to lacquers or enamels for the body. Again thanks for your comment!

@@jeffspinabella2201 That's a great idea. I still use some acrylics for painting small parts and details. When I got back into the hobby 10 years ago I also bought acrylics. You'll find that airbrushing lacquers or enamels cut with lacquer thinner produces awesome results and is much easier to clean up the airbrush.
