Good advice Lou. I am finding it necessary to dip into my retirement savings to pay urgent expenses, so anything that can generate cash in my free time helps a lot.

Thanks Lou. In th efuture, can you create "chapters" for each topic? This will help for repeating viewers.
I used to create chapters for my videos but then I got away from creating chapters because that step added more work to the very time consuming process of producing, editing and uploading videos. And when I saw that some successful CZcamsrs I follow don't include chapters in their videos I figured maybe they weren't so important. However, I personally like chapters so I will add chapters in future videos. Thanks for the feedback.
