His personality is only thing keeping in this job.
He's very reserved, he doesn't like to reveal much. But I feel this comes with representing arsenal we are not known as a club to have people with those sort of tendencies e.g mourinho

I think Arsenal should only play Ben White when they play three centre back formation. 3-4-3 3-5-2. Just don't play Ben White in a four at the back formation. It is EPL and you have a less than 50% aerial duel win rate centre back.
So he's not the best in the air, but I still think he has very big potential and will not disappoint. If we pair him with a cb who's strong in the air, it shouldn't be a big problem. Mari was the real problem. Ben did not cause either of the goals so I think it's unfair the way some people are going after him.
The gk coach should stick to goal keeping and needs to go to specsavers as he suggested runarson and wanted ramsdale.
And gave okonkwo a new contract….

After watching him. His attributes fit perfectly for Arsenal. Can’t defend, gets bodied easily and unorganized from set pieces. Most importantly, no leadership quality.
