You see how he includes the quality of human beings when talking about youngsters, this man wants top quality people as well! Doesn’t just focus on the talent. That’s why he’s made the dressing room and amazing atmosphere
Absolutely! And who else used to do that with his players?
Think that’s pretty standard
@@BridgeStamford Ole Gunner Skolsjaer didn't 😂
@@EclectickMusic Wenger
@@EclectickMusic Klopp
I'm a Liverpool fan but what I like about Arteta is his attitude and personality. I think he is a very determined type of dude and imagine he was a very strict pro as a player
Oh he was. I think it was Olivier Giroud who said they all stopped messing around the second that captain Arteta walked into the dressing room.
idk how describe it but he reminds me of klopp but in different approach
Very well spoken too
I love it too
Ye, top guy. As an Arsenal fan, I love him and also Klopp; his attitude, the way he treats players.. most entertaining manager ever in the league as as well one of the most talented. Let's hope he helps Liverpool to more titles than Utd.
It's great seeing him more relaxed, he seems comfortable in his role now and it will have a huge impact on the team.
I think in the first two years the pressure and intensity of the job had an effect on his decision making, there is far more clarity now from the summer onwards, i think he needed that pre season to put things in perspective.
We can hate on the board but the board and edu did a great job this summer and I hope they keep backing him. Would love to see more of kronkes money for that top striker.
People tend to forget he's won a trophy aswell, hopefully he gets better as time moves on
@@rachit I don't mind the owners in the sense that we know where we stand with them, the historical criticism is more about the miss management in terms of employing the wrong people and poor recruitment and thus far with edu and Arteta we might have the right formula. I think the Kroenkes should have seen we overpaid for the likes of pepe etc and stepped in earlier but conversely they have done well to stick with Arteta during some tougher times that many fans didn't like.
I believe they will supply the money to improve the squad in the summer, as fans we always want more but i trust Arteta and edu to use the money wisely.
@@darynweir97 I think he will get better but we must back it, he will make mistakes all managers do, but if we ride out the dips we will get the rewards with this young side.
Are you one who wanted him sacked? 🤣🤣
Glad it’s working out for him at Arsenal…good guy…good manager
Pep's student, its bound to workout. As a fan from united states it seems like turnover rate for managers is quit high in soccer.
Except the part where it's not working out, it's taken £250m + 3 years to get back to where we were under Emery - competing for Top 4.
@@patchh15 did we get top 4? No arteta has built a base that is it he's won a trophy and will likely get top 4 . Keep crying
@@patchh15 also he's been here 2 full seasons and done more than emery
@@patchh15 is it not
Arteta always looks buzzing. Must be high on life.
So anyone who's happy is automatically high of life, definitely.
@@am2382 what do you think high on life means?
bet it’s ket
So would you if your wife looked like his.
Success does that to you. The healthiest kind of addiction
Arsenal fans do not abandon this man and his intentions!!!
we lost 10 in 12 games last season still some part of the fan base never lost faith. That's Arsenal for you. Hopefully he can take us to where we were.
@@Soumya041 they did lose faith though lol
@@AR-rg2en not all
@@AR-rg2en only a minority of the fanbase. They tend to be the loudest and most toxic aswell. So you would hear more of then
@@vanglhun Getting 8th twice and and losing 10 out of 12 matches was no joke, I understand if they were angry.
I honestly like this man . Is already doing fantastic with the YOUNGEST squad in the premier league . This man will be levels in the future .
Kind of already is
So Just because Saka and Smith Rowe are the young players in the team, that automatically makes the whole squad young? Is that your logic?
You love to see it 🙏🔥
@@POTATO_IN_MY_ANUS Are you aware which Premier League Team has the youngest average age? 🙄

Been guilty of wanting Arteta out, glad there are more qualified people than me running the club. He's been absolutely brilliant, amazing manager.
Steady on.
Hes just started out. Two back to back 8th finishes. Hes a lucky man
Well said.
You have the liberty to change your views when he is doing well. As at that time, the indices would have easily made you want him out. Now, we must give him a chance.
Nobody is right all along. You can be right today and wrong tomorrow.
At least you can admit that in fact I was skeptical as well but I was never an Arteta out. If anyone told me when he was signed that Arsenal will be at this level I wouldn’t believe it.
Bro as a tottenham fan, mikel is a very likeable guy, adam smith the presenter is also a spurs fan
I think the same about conte, pure and honest🤷🏽♂️ we both have class managers, good time to be fans
Same, as a Celtic fan usually have a natural dislike for ex rangers players etc but you can't dislike Arteta really. Seems very genuine and nice guy.
I had same feelings about poch, absolute class at the time when he managed spurs!
When Edu told the fan base to be calm and patient that Arteta is the right guy for the club I thought he was mad. Looks like he knew what he was doing
I always said the board were never going to sack Arteta even when crazy fans and the media wanted him out. So I was always calm about my manager remaining my manager. Both the board and him knew the job was not an easy rebuild job which will have ups and downs. He's been my guy since we appointed him and I'll continue to back him no matter what happens. I really believe he will be a top manager in future, I just hope when that time comes, he'll still be Arsenal's manager.
As a Chelsea fan I'm loving his personality outside of football 🔥🔥
Thanks mate, wish my chelsea mate was mature like u
He’s so much more relaxed now Arsenal are doing better, great to see
You can see Mikel takes pride in everything he does even outside football looks a great human nd friend to have in this life ....
This guy is an exceptional interviewer. He’s engaging and warm but never deviates from being the listener. Really talented. He seems to make everyone feel at ease
Really think Arteta has a lot to teach people about life. His mentality and values/principles are top class
i agree, he has the right values. young talented players need a figure like him
That's my manager!!!!!!! I love him so much. We are indeed Lucky to have you as Arsenal Manager
Lucky???? You are acting as if he has won us the league and champions league. Stop overhyping him
@@ky9319man shut up
I am starting to believe in Arteta' s process. I am loving this young Arsenal team. Arteta us proving me wrong and I'm happy he is
Absolute Legend!! Love these interviews it shows the personal side of players and managers.
Arteta is a born winner.
He doesn’t like losing and you can’t blame him.
It was unfortunate we where out of the cups and fifth in the league which isn’t bad, but we must improve this season.
Am confident Arteta with our new signings can land us for our first league title.
If u look at the greatest managers in the history of game like fergi pep Klopp simeone..they have that aura and commanding authority...I can see that in Mikel.. arsenal struck gold💎
He’s all about the respect, he knows if a player isn’t fully respecting him regardless of the talent etc he won’t put up with it or play a player who isn’t going to play for
Him!!!! Arteta Locked in 👌
I really want this man to succeed ❤️
Weird seeing Arteta take on a more “casual” disposition as compared to his usual professional and serious manager mode 😂
I love mikel. A real honest man
😂😂
He’s building something special at Arsenal, I can sense it.
Such a character, I truly believe with his mindset and the identity he has given the team that he can take arsenal to the next level, it seems a matter of time. You also gotta love the fact he mentions human quality as a footballer trait, no wonder the culture around the club has changed so quick in such little time👏❤️🤍
The way this man changed not only the fans but the players views on him so quickly is amazing, he's turned it around so well
He has a good thing going at arsenal
Arteta is a great manager. Developing young talents and creating a happy dressing room
I been a big doubter of Arteta but he has been proving me wrong with every game recently and his love for the club is unquestionable. Long may it continue!
The Best youngest manager in the World 🌍❤️

Xavi and Arteta will be top menagers for sure
real mean people bro

@@patchh15 Are you stuck in 2020?
Arsenal manager material..
Classy, elegant and eloquent.
A little thing lost in translation. He said “I have” to “never have I ever coached more talented youngsters than now at Arsenal” implying he has coached better players at Man City 😂
probably doesn't want to inflate their ego's
Maybe he didn’t coach them at Man City…most youngsters don’t get into the 1st team like they do at Arsenal
I probably would’ve been confused about that wording as well and English is my first language haha
Because the questions were just said in a confusing way.
He is just being honest :p
you know what, I wish both Arteta and Xavi could succeed in their job as manager for a long time, maybe meet up every year in UCL, being rivals... as both are essentially, Pep's disciples. Both have a team full of young talent and are in the process of rebuilding after reaching the lowest point of their club's history in recent years.
Yh the quick throw he gave to his players recently it led to a goal
The boss 🙌 COYG!!
It would be brilliant if Arsene Wenger would come home as a advisor.
Very true bro. our game will speak levels then and it would be great if we can get the old man a champions league title. Coz that's the dream. But let's not get ahead of ourselves, long way to go.
@@ashutoshdhaka9630 I really hope we do in the very near future and the players and Arteta present it to him… 😭

Class guy . Kudos to pep for bringing out the manager in him . Still miss him tho
Arteta is calm 🤓🤏🏿

Great bloke
WE'VE GOT SUPER MIK ARTETAAA
When I looked at Emery, I saw a guy who was passionate about football and wsd trying his very best but someone who didn't give me any confidence as an Arsenal fan Sometimes I wonder if he even had any confidence in himself.
With arteta I know he still has alot to prove but I see someone's whos organised, hard working, passionate and is a real authoritarian. You can't hide with him: he'll punish you if you step out of line. I think he'll become a top manager and already is proving to be a good one
i think the problem with emery could be communication..not sure but imo that could be one of the many reason why...can't say he's not a good manager as we can see how impressive villareal is under him now, shame it didn't work the same with us but i'm so glad we have arteta now
@@hikki523 don't forget that there were some parties who were deliberately trying to sabotage what he was doing *coughs ozil*. Glad mikel did what was needed for the team.
I sure Gud Ebening keeps a detailed ring folder filled with an in depth analysis of his personal self belief levels containing many individual metrics and a Power Point presentation on a flash drive.

Arsenal better hold on to him.. look at the hard time United are havin finding a good manager
He will be part of arsenals history like wenger

hopefully, build up some rivalry with Xavi & his Barcelona.
we can say that both of them are Pep's "disciples".
United be splashing money on players like Maguire and then blaming for their downfall. United is a club run by very stupid people
Seems like a top guy
Nice guy
it's interesting how him and pep always spoke highly of each other

Mikel! Goodluck with the rest of the season. You are really trying. Hopefully in the summer, you get a better striker and midfielder and win us some trophies next season.

Yeah he probably got things mixed up. It's been 18 years since we won the league.

My Manager 🤩
I really the doubt the mental state of the people who called him a fraud
What a manager coyg
I celebrated as much as I celebrate an Arsenal goal when they both said they were on team doors.
🔥💕💕⚽
Well there has to be more doors than wheels.
You see, according to the theory of aerodoornamics, one vehicle must have 4 wheels and minimum two doors, this evidence can be appropriated by the fact that each building has multiple doors in each room.
Thus, the vehicle:building ratio should have the sequential minimum of target 3:1 which is indeed has.
🤣 that's how I rationalised it. Multiple doors in buildings, and cars also have doors meaning more doors than wheels.
My manager
Arteta learnt to play the flute while playing for the Famous Glasgow Rangers!

Fancy taking him back at the ibrox someday?
This is why Man Utd are a small club
So I guess JobCentrePlus is not for you and you’d rather waste your life buying likes and hating on Man Utd
Great hair
I knew he will succeed
Took some time but i guess that the damage was severe
Is there anyone else that has won the FA Cup as a player and manager?
8:23 don’t lie to Mikel
He definitly thought wheels and was bullied into changing his thoughts
sometimes i im still waiting for him to warm up and come in as a sub
