He will not hesitate to cut off or remove anyone that he does not think will fit his tactics, the way he want to play or if the player is disruptive to the culture that he is trying to build at Arsenal. So maybe this is why he is actually doing quite a good job with these bunch of youngsters and the players he has on hand. Arsene Wenger is more of a fatherly figure. He's right when he said we have no clue about Arteta. When Arteta took over, he mentioned a lot about culture and the clubs direction. These are major aspects going forward and they have within themselves many aspects and so on. As fans as well, we need to understand atleast the fundamental and basic tools needed to work on these aspects, the rest is patience. Because we just don't have much information on what is happening inside the football club and more than likely it takes time.
The football club's framework was broken (wage structure, staff management and etc.) when he arrived, we saw immediately Arsenal drew a new rigid and stable plan with the help of him and the team, now they're constructing it. Once finished, they'll reconcile it and it will be updatable too. It all happened so quick after he arrived.
Arteta is rated by named people, within and outside the football club that certainly has a higher degree of footballing knowledge than most of us. Until the documentary comes out later this year, than we know a bit from glimpses of Arteta and Arsenal management style.

As Guillem said "the progression is so obvious" under Arteta.
Arteta Outers still hanging on out there are stubbornly stupid, refusing to admit they are wrong. Or just attention seeking trolls.

Mate, you can keep pretending to yourself but anybody non-bias who has kept up with Arsenal is going to laugh at you.
Under Emery, with a shambolic squad, Arsenal finished 1 point off CL and made their first European final of any kind in 15 years - I have no doubt you moaned and cried about that, because everyone who talks like you has this narrative that was a failure. When really, it was a great overachievement in the first place with that sorry squad and time only proved it since.
"The progression" under Arteta = Had to spend ÂŁ250m over 3 years to stop finishing 8th & get back to where Emery had Arsenal, competing for Top 4. And all you could do was mock that poor man's accent for 18 months - shame on you.
I think it's evident the only attention seeking troll here is clearly you, and you're right, you sure as hell aren't worth listening to.

The same thing with Ozil and Aubameyang. People who one day were Dortmund fans the next day so called Arsenal fans (and now Barca fans). So imo most of the criticism Arteta gets is from these weird Ozil, Guendouzi, and Aubameyang fan boys. Who are not genuine Arsenal fans.

Arteta doesn’t get the credit he’s deserves. Football fans see performances and results and then gauge their opinion on what they’ve seen. Arsenal was a complete mess both on and off the pitch when he accepted the job. He has come in and strip the club to bare bones and introduced the values that arsenal are traditionally known for. This process isn’t just what’s being played on the pitch it’s also recruitment, backroom staff. Mentality. Within three years he’s implemented a cut-throat mentality in which the club has lacked since the stadium move. It feels as though if your not on board with what he wants then your out the door. It finally feels as though there is unity throughout the club from the board to the fans. As fans we finally have a team we can get behind regardless of results. It’s a young fresh hungry squad with a lot too prove. People forget that both arteta and edu are learning on the job. Both young in terms of their staff role but both have potential to bring this club back to where it belongs. This process isn’t going to be all sunshine and roses. There will be ups and downs but if we unify as fans and get behind not just the team but the club as a whole i think we have a very bright future ahead.

I get the impression that Arteta was used to working with people at the top of their game, the best professionals, and has struggled a bit with his people management of some younger, less mature players.
I also think that applies to some games tactically where he had overly high expectations of how his players (young and old) could adapt to other positions. I'm still puzzled how anyone could think that Xhaka could make a good left back for example unless you told him not to go past the halfway line.
