I’m from Indiana, and I’ve been to a lot of the places they talked about. Jeff Indiana is literally just named after the original landowners son Jeff.

As a bartender, your patience just runs out after an certain point because nobody has the self awareness or wherewithal to behave like an adult. If you catch us after a few days off, we’re generally in a good mood, but after 5 days in a row of 12 hours of dealing with drunk people asking dumb questions... all bets are off lol
It’s the same for me as a server. Hate to say it but their stories literally prove that point like Noel asking a q when the menu is right in front of him or Cody forgetting his card again Lol 🤷🏻♂️ i dont find jokes abt fucking with ppl in the service industry while they’re trying to earn a living in this economy that funny tbh. It’s exhausting work. I get that it’s not fun when your server/bartender has an attitude but they strike me as ppl who just don’t know what that life is like but idk. Idk them that well but that whole bit rubbed me the wrong way.

The whole thing about, "Can I take a picture of you on my phone," is so funny to me because that actually happened to me.
I've got a pretty distinctive mustache and I had a basketball player I liked come up to me to compliment me on it. Since he was there I asked if he would mind taking a picture and he obliged, then he pulled out his phone to get a selfie *with me*. Hands down one of the strangest moments I've ever experienced.
As an aside, Noel didn't mention it but there's a "New Palestine" in Indiana as well. I grew up in Brownsburg IN and there's a very famous highway exit sign that points to Brownsburg in one direction and Whitestown in the other.
RE: "Russiaville" - My parents live near Indianapolis and my dad was telling me about Russiaville when I last went to visit. Apparently the locals pronounce it "ROO-sha-ville" and it's one of those annoyingly smug, "You must not be from around here LOL" type things. Similar to how "Couch Street" in Portland is apparently pronounced "Cooch Street" (which I'm still convinced is a lie)

The wait staff shit on Noel and he was still understanding and nice 😂. I was a bartender and I would treat customers like that like vip. Non-annoying customers get a fast pass on drinks because they’re so rare.

(Shout out Raven, lmao) I was right in the middle of crowd and every time Noel told a joke, he would look dead center, and it felt like he was staring into my soul. If you guys like his videos and style of humor, the experience is definitely worth more than the cost! Big recommendation to go especially if you’re nearby ❤️
