A lot of shows/podcasts struggle with expanding into a bigger franchise at the cost of the originality and core of the production. TMG really are just different. I don’t know how they do it. Massive props to everyone that works on this show.

The whole time they spoke about "project they were working on", I was imagining it was a "perverse family" scene and that made that bit of the pod 10x funnier to me
I swore that the bit they bleeped was ‘we made a porn’ and so for the whole next minute i was losing my mind

They don’t want to waste any material so they avoid talking about things casually. It’s all business until the podcast.

@@SoCaLigurl48 someone reviewed their podcast on apple podcasts (or some podcast thing) and they complained saying that they talk about gross stuff, sex noises, or just strange things that grossed the reviewer out. Back when the podcast came out on thursday nights, most people would watch on friday or Saturday. The reviewer said that the episode was so gross, so he commented “my saturday is ruined” after watching the episode.
The guys read this review on the podcast and mockingly “vowed” to be less gross by saying “saturdays are back” and they will no longer ruin it. Now everytime they do gross things, they will say “saturdays are back” just to poke fun.

Yeah quality is a bit all over the place too. I bought the pink big head barbeque hoodie a while back and it's amazing quality, super soft and nice, but then ordered their last round of merch another hoodie and it is thin and cheap and baggy. Especially when I'm paying $80 for a hoodie with shipping I will struggle to motivate myself to buy their stuff again
