    Sir, Please tell how to measure a calorie. For example if I measure 100 grams cooked rice then it contains water weight also so how can it be accurate. Can we measure 100 grams of rice and think like we will get 130 calories...what I mean is will 100 grams of raw rice gives 130 calories or more.
    Sir, I can't find any body who can tell how to measure a calorie.😢
    Ok,we can't measure everything but atleast rice we need to know kada.

    Sir, Chena dal lo 100 grams only 13 grams vasthundhi. But we can eat only maximum of 200 grams cooked chena dal per day. We can get only 26 grams of protein per day

      even rice has 7 grams of protein
      additionally you can consume 1) 50 grams of soya chunks, which gives you 26 grams of protein
      2) peanuts, which gives you 25 grams of protein per every 100 grams
