Okay, I have ADHD so when I watch something that catches my interest I hyperfixate on the channel. This channel has been very satisfying.
I will say, when you did the red motorcycle wheels I kept saying to myself, "stop touching the barrell", and watching this video I was relieved to see not touching the frame. Instead you used the hook.
Is there any pros or cons to using nitrile gloves?

Sure! I’ll get to it one day. A good all round setting for the system is 75kv and 60ua
Love the colors and the advice. With lettering I would use someone else’s style until I got the flow of things and could start doing my own variations. I’m gonna start doing that same method with pinstriping/coating and building bikes and hot rods. Thanks for the tips and the vids man I’ll be following along
Great work and advice! My question is How to prevent a powdercoated part from premature fading? I see some items have lasted a really long time, and some others have faded a few short years under the sunlight.
polyester powder is much more UV resistent, where epoxy powder is more chemical resistent.
Different colors have different UV stability. For example, fluorescent colors can be a polyester with limited UV stability. The manufacturer will typically suggest a clear coat to improve UV stability but can also alter the color.
Question is it possible to only put powder on half the frame and leave the rest bare metal then clear powder the whole thing
You can do this! I’ve seen some guys just clear raw metal to be able to see the welds/heat coloring etc.

NEVER do the fade with a blow gun, it looks awful, you just spray it on top of the other color and your golden
