Peppermint! When I start getting hungry and it's not time to eat, a stick of sugar free gum helps me a lot!
Adding a little dash of chia seeds to my omad, (usually my beverage) made a huge difference to my omad. It’s usually hr 20 onwards that the hunger feels more pronounced but with the little extra chia seeds… it’s a big difference.
There’s only so many things one can afford. Supplements left right and centre is only an option for folks with big budget.

The biggest thing that works for me is low carb and the lower the better, PLUS better gut health. My probiotics and prebiotics literally make me not crave sweets anymore unless dessert is literally infront of me.
I've tried a few brands, but only one does that for me. It was originally formulated for diabetics. I've never been diabetic, but I have always been a major sugar addict.
I have learned that having the sugar makes me crave even more sugar. I can't have just a little. I have to avoid it like an alcoholic has to avoid alcohol.

Hi Kait! I eat two eggs and two sausage patties in the morning. That takes care of my hunger until I eat my second and last meal of the day , usually a salad and one chicken thigh with about a half of an avocado

Oh dear, that sounds like less than 1000 calories a day. I don't count calories but that's not much food (energy), even for weight loss or especially if not being to lose excess body fat.
The food you named sounds good, but if it's just those 2 meals then that's not even enough nutrition, is it?
@@JustWatchMeDoThis I feel good and I have good energy, I’m trying right now to correct a lifetime of bad eating habits and bring down my insulin levels, I’m insulin resistant so I avoid as many carbs as possible and no sugar at all. Not underweight yet so we will see what my bloodwork looks like later this month.

It’s been so hard for me to take to the carnivore diet this time around, as I’m less active. I eat top sirloin well salted, so I’ve the sodium covered. I’ll pick up the other two and give them a try.

Could be not eating enough fat with it. If you’re insulin resistant and you eat lean protein without fat, it sometimes gets converted to glucose. What cuts do you usually have?

I normally eat free range chicken wings just the skin a little protein sometimes but normally if I start eating just a little of the chicken meat I get hungry and then try to eat more fat. Ive tried lamb breast too as it was the fattiest and seemed better than beef but a similar response. My body just seems to want fat. How much protein would you recommend per day?

I would choose one or the other. Both might cause blood sugar to drop too low.

How to proven in your hunger?
I made a huge mistake today and I’m embarrassed. I was feeling a little anxiety and ate 4 small cookies with milk. I’m diabetic and have lost 27 lbs. I’m sure after eating those cookies, I gained some. I promised myself to work harder these next few days to lose the lbs I gained back.
I am struggling with sugar cravings for sugar as well due to stress it is hard to say no isn’t during this time of year
What about if you have congestive heart failure and you have been told to avoid sodium?
Then avoid it. Listen to your Doctor.
Berberine caused me dizziness and nausea. Inositol has severely negatively affected my GI health. Wish I never took either of them. Just beware of these rare but potential side effects if you are a sensitive person like I am.
