    B. cereus spores also reproduce REALLY quickly. Coupled with the heat resistance, I'm basically eating a spoonful of bacteria every time :)

    Ofcourse you can reheat rice!
    Fried rice hás to be a day old, cool stored
    What happens is, the starch changes into resistant starch and is much healthier!
    Less of a blood sugar spike
    This goes for all starches, so rice, potatoes, pasta and so on

    Ok - at 1:07 your qualification is about cooked rice "that's been left out [of the refrigerator] for long periods of time." Finally 3/4 the way through your video you define "prolonged period of time" to be 1, 2 or 3 hours.
