Hello. What is best no pull harness to use to walk my 19 LB boston? He pulls too much. I put him in a sit stay and tell him heel it works for about 5 mins. And have to tell him to heel again.

Great to watch talented dogs. However, Miss Zoey wouldn't get on or stay on a skateboard. She's not interested at all.
